Love this little girl!

So its been awhile since I have posted. A lot has gone on with the holidays and everything. I am sure that is most cases with everyone. I even had a little bit of time to spend with my darling niece Bailey (who I call B).

About 3-4 weeks ago Bailey's mom had two heart attacks and a double bypass surgery. Scary stuff for someone who is so young. Monique we love you and we are so glad that you are doing better! After the surgery Bailey came up North to stay with my brothers families in SLC and Vernal. I had her a little bit too. This girl is so stinkin cute! I got to pick her up in Vernal and drive her back home to La Verkin for Christmas. She was away from home for about 2 weeks. Which is a very long time for a 3 year old. On our drive home, we sang songs and laughed. About 15 mins before we arrived in La Verkin her family called her. It was precious I have to repeat the conversation she had.

Peyton (Bailey's older brother): Hi Bailey

Bailey: Hi Payton! I am coming home and I am so excited to see you.

Bailey: I have a treat for you and it is going to be so yummy!

Bailey: When I get home I am going to give you a big LOVE.

I wanted to cry. This little girl is so darn cute and I just love her to death. Once we arrived her entire family was out front waiting for her. They even filmed it! Families are the best. I can not wait to my own family someday.

I was able to spend an entire week at home in La Verkin for Christmas. I sure do love that place. It was just me and the parents (who I love dearly). Most of the time we stayed at home and watched movies. It was great to home, relax, and not have to worry about anything for awhile.

Anywho... I hope that everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Halloween Weekend!

We started the night off by dressing up in tinfoil to get free burritos at Chipotle. I wish I had a picture because it so funny. Later that night we made the rounds to several different parites. It was a great Halloween!

Caleb is our Sherpard. THANKS for being our protector!
Jail birds... Look out we are coming...
Jazz vs Clippers Opening night. GO JAZZ!
Guess who sang the National Anthem? You got it! The Mormon Tabernacle Choir. So Powerful!
Thanks to my boss, I had an AMAZING seat on the 4th row. Probably the closet I will ever get. Alisha came down durning half-time. This girl is the best!
I though Jerry was going to call me in a couple times... j/k....

Last but not least my niece Abbi had a birthday on Halloween! Happy Birthday Abbi. I hope you had the best day ever. Love ya!

Girls are Crazy.... and I'm one of them...

A couple friends and I went to the Witch Festival at Gardner Village. It was my first time and my eyes were opened at how crazy people (women) can be. It was a riot... We danced and took lots of pictures.

Who knew witches would be so much fun ;)

Back to school, well kind of.

I'm going back to school next semester. I've been watching my roommate for the past few months while she has been taking some classes. I kept thinking that looks fun, I sure do miss school. Call me crazy! Starting in the fall, I will be taking a couple sewing classes. I have been wanting to learn how to sew forever and I am so excited. Ready or not...Here I go... :)

I just love my home town :)

Holidays and three day weekends are the best! :) This past memorial day weekend some friends and I went down the La Verkin/St. George and Zion National Park. Oh how I love Southern Utah. We went 4 wheeling, hiking, swimming, and just had a great time! Although I think my parents wanted to kill me for bringing so many people down..... haha.... gotta love it! My parents are the best.

Road trips are so much fun! I've gotten to know so many people over the past few years by taken a random trip here and there. I love it and I can't wait to start planning the next one.

Red Carpet Date Night!

All dressed up and ready to have fun!

Sometimes you just have to be kid......

This past weekend I took a roadtrip to Moab with some good friends. We found a big sand hill. When I say big I mean HUGE sanghill. It was super steap, but from the pictures it doesn't look like it. What a great day to end a long day of rock climbing and hiking :) Fun times and more hiking pictures to come soon!

Brandon got a little crazy doing back filps. I wish I was brave enough to do it :)

Road Trip to Washington DC

This past weekend my roommate Emily and I took a roadtrip out to Washington DC to visit some friends. We had so much fun. The trip consisted of a LOT of walking and sight seeing. It was cherry blossom season and that means a lot of tourist. It was absolutely beautiful in DC. So much history and so much to see. Some of the places we went too were; the capital, smithsonians, georgetown, lincoln and jefferson memorial, the mall, white house, ford theatre, arlington, and the DC temple.

We took a tour of the capital building. Our tour guide ended up being a girl from Hurricane (Sara Last) my hometown. Such a small world. The capital is huge and so pretty. Below is a statue of Brigham Young that is in the capital building.

The Library of Congress was my favorite building in all of Washington DC. It is so pretty inside, and it is a place where I could spend hours learning :)

We did a lot of walking, and sight seeing. It was beautiful walking along the river with all the Cherry Blossoms. This is a great time of year of head back east. All in all we have a great trip. I love DC.

Happy 24 to Me....

I turned 24 on April 2nd. Wow, I'm getting up there. Okay just kidding.... I'm still really young ;) Thanks for all my family and friends for the birthday wishes.
Julie Taylor (middle), Celestie Carruth (right) all have the same birthday... Happy Birthday to us!
