A trip down....

...Memory Lane! I've seen this on a bunch of other blogs and it looks so fun so I figured I would join in.
1. Add a comment on my blog. Leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Seattle!

So I just got back from a fun trip to Seattle. A couple of friends and I went up to Port Orchard, Washington (an hour away from Seattle) for our good friend Jana Shumaker Peterson's wedding. I've never been to Washington, and I loved it. So many trees and it's green every where. The girls and I left Wednesday at 4:30 in the morning. I don't recommend that to anyone :(. We spent most of the day in downtown Seattle. It was a fun city! My favorite part was the fish market, oh and all the flowers. The reason I went to Seattle was for Thursday.. Jana's wedding! It was so pretty. The reception by the lake was amazing. I've never seen her so happy. Congrats Jana, I love ya.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
